Emergencies
After 5:00 PM., weekends and holidays when a medical emergency occurs call (225) 888-8630 or 911.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let our office know. We are a very high volume practice and our doctor's schedules fill quickly. Please be courteous to all of our other sick patients and let us know when you will not be able to make an appointment so that we are able to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we are confident that you understand that this time could be used to see other patients who are sick.
Telephone Calls
Routine calls regarding non-emergency problems should be placed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Please give detailed information to one of our office staff. The doctor will personally review each call. Return calls are generally made between 12:00 Noon and 2:00 PM, or after 5:00 PM.
